Leading artists from ten countries of the world are going to appear in twenty-four concerts of the 16th Festival. The French Evening and the Irish Night, programmes garnished with tempting gastronomy, will smell of foreign culture, which is however very close to us.

The International Music Festival Český Krumlov started writing its history in 1992 when it first took place from 14th to 19th August.
As results of a very positive feedback received from the previous years, in 2004 we are coming with even more extensive offer of a great music. It is the first year of the Organum Hydraulicum (the Organ Festival) and the Piano Festival joining Český Krumov International Music Festival. So far, the Festival has been enjoying an enormous interest of music lovers, but it has also become a social event of a great importance as indicates the considerable number of visits paid by series of both domestic and foreign politicians and celebrities. The festival has become a venue not only for a successful presentation of financial contributors, but it is the event of friendly encounters of people from all over the world.
We hope this summer meets your expectations and it is going to be a wonderful and romantic time full of beautiful music played within a unique ambience of the historical sights of South Bohemia. Let the concerts performed by internationally acclaimed artists at glorious interiors and exteriors throughout the World Heritage City become your private unforgettable experiences.
