This historical building, formerly the church of St Jobst, contains an exhibition of old Czech marionettes and complete puppet theatres including stage designs and curtains from the latter half of the 19th century. The collection is complemented with modern gems of puppetry design from the National Marionette Theatre collections.
The museum also houses a gallery containing items for sale, where visitors can purchase an original marionette crafted by contemporary Czech artists - puppeteers and wood-carvers - the result of a blend of artistic mastery and fine craftsmanship.
Complete baroque puppet theater, including the Baroque machinery. Occasional marionette production of the group and a puppet opera Don Giovanni, Magic Flute, Baroque opera Orfeo ed Euridice.
