Apart from the car parks the municipal parking system offers the possibility of parking in so called zones of paid parking (ZPS) which are declared by the municipal notice*. ZPS are earmarked parts of local communications where passanger vehicle parking is allowed in accordance with the above-mentioned municipal notice in the following operation regimes:

1. PARKING METERS
paid parking after the purchase of the parking ticket in the parking meter

2. RESIDENTIAL AND SEASON PARKING CARDS
paid parking only for the citizens and enterpreneurs of the demarkated part of the city centre after the purchuse of the parking card
