Hi
I get many useful info from your site. Thanks.
I and my friend are going to visit Czech in mid Oct. of course, Cesky Crumlov is one of the main stops. It s our first trip to Europe, wondering how is weather at that time? Since we are from Taiwan, a tropical country that we have no idea what kind of clothing is better to put on? Today here is 35C degree... hot..hot..hot....!!!!! :(
By the way, is Oct the seasthe to see all Autumn red leaves there?

Naturally, I found Cesky Krumlov to be as I had pictured it, only better. I have been there only in the autumn and winter and found the latter to be particularly breathtaking. I loved strolling through the center of the city, glancing into the picturesque windows of the small shops.I loved the town I was seriously considering buying an apartment there-- I still think of doing so one day so I can spend more time there. I guess that is about the highest compliment Icould pay this exceptional city.

Me and 4 of my friends visited your beautiful city on 17 th august. It was rainy day and we drew through the old town. There we saw 4 parkingplaces right in front of B&B-house. There were already 2 cars but 2 were still free. We noticed also a sign that told it was free parking for max one hour. Excellent we thought. After parking we went to gasthouse to have some warm to drink and eat. It took max 40 minutes to complete the tee - then we returned to the car and suprise: wheellock. Firts step: to local information-office which kindly told it costs 500 or 1000 czk (500 for locals, 1000 for turists or what). Second step: call the police to release our car. Third step: waiting. Fourth step: nice chat with local police with attitude , 1000 czk gone. Fifth step: shortest way out of city and never come back. Reason: No-one (at touristsoffice/police) could ever tell us why that penalty was given. The best explanation was that we had rented that car and ofcourse there were the firms labels on it - it´s easy to cash tourists. If you want some more tourists and incomes don´t give these touristpenalties .
