The festival's Monastery Garden will resound with the music of four excellent clarinetists, the Clarami Quartet, consisting of Kateřina Holeček Škardová, Tereza Kosková, Veronika Coganová, and Zlata Vohryzková. The female quartet invites the audience on a colorful musical journey across centuries and genres. From the festive Baroque of George Frideric Handel and the lyrical Sonata in G minor by Tomaso Albinoni to modern compositions by Peter Harvey and Karol Beffa. Their concert will offer a mixture of elegance, ingenuity, and humor. The finale will feature the spirited Three Tangos by Astor Piazzolla, the jazz charm of Gershwin, and the lively rhythm of the samba Tico Tico. The Clarami Quartet proves that the clarinet can be both gentle and fierce, classical and modern.
