Caramel Factory
The production of caramel in Český Krumlov reaches back to 2012 – the family company has ever since been gradually expanding and improving their hand-made liquid caramels. Now, there is not only Czech Caramel, but also Vašek’s Caramel from Český Krumlov with a variety of flavours. Let’s discover the local caramel factory on a tour with tasting.
What you will see and experience
During the guided tour of the caramel factory, you will discover the process of caramel production, as well as the tastes and non-traditional aromas. During the visit, you will have the opportunity to taste the caramel; you can look forward to its many variations. When you combine a carefully produced caramel with other high-quality ingredients, you get a genuine gastronomic experience. This playing with caramel, spices, and herbs brings forth very interesting tastes and smells, and you can be there to experience it. Many of the local caramels, especially those containing “the Herb” are produced in mini-limited editions and you can taste and purchase them in the Krumlov caramel shop exclusively.
