Long Live Czech Cuisine! is a gastronomic program of the Český Krumlov Beer Festival, created in collaboration with local restaurants and partners. Throughout May, Český Krumlov comes alive with the flavors of Czech cuisine – from traditional classics to modern culinary ideas, with an focus on quality, high-quality ingredients, and an authentic experience.

Three-course menu with beer pairing: cabbage cream, fried sauerkraut, prosciutto chips, onion, light lager Rogendorf 10° / sous-vide duck breast, red cabbage and plum purée, potato gnocchi, onion, light lager Krumlov 11° / Kaiserschmarrn, apple purée, Calvados and crème fraîche, smoked lager Krumlov 12°

Festival special: veal tartare with horseradish foam, pickled shallot, and toasted country bread, served with a beer tasting trio

Restaurant Krumlovsky mlyn, Široká 80
Festival special: roast wild boar with plum red cabbage and a selection of dumplings
Tasting beer board with a selection of beers: Budvar Original, Budvar 33, Budvar Dark Lager – served with traditional snacks: spiced pork spread called "Šmitec", aspic, pork cracklings

Brewery Restaurant & Pub, Pivovarská 27
Three-course menu with beer pairing: brewery cabbage soup with paprika sausage, potatoes and sour cream / smoked beef tongue with horseradish cream sauce and bread dumpling / apple strudel with vanilla sauce und whiped cream
On tap: craft beers from Krumlov Brewery, beer tasting board

Festival specials: roast pork knuckle with bread and all the trimmings, beef cheeks braised in red wine with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables, pork neck steak with baked potato and coleslaw with horseradish
Bar snacks: utopenci (pickled sausages), marinated camembert, grilled spicy sausage

Festival specials: roast beef sirloin in cream sauce with Carlsbad dumpling, confit duck leg with red cabbage, baked apples and Carlsbad dumpling, breaded fried pork cutlet with potato salad
