Long Live Czech Cuisine! is a gastronomic program of the Český Krumlov Beer Festival, created in collaboration with local restaurants and partners. Throughout May, Český Krumlov comes alive with the flavors of Czech cuisine – from traditional classics to modern culinary ideas, with an focus on quality, high-quality ingredients, and an authentic experience.

Three-course menu with beer pairing: cabbage cream, fried sauerkraut, prosciutto chips, onion, light lager Rogendorf 10° / sous-vide duck breast, red cabbage and plum purée, potato gnocchi, onion, light lager Krumlov 11° / Kaiserschmarrn, apple purée, Calvados and crème fraîche, smoked lager Krumlov 12°

Festival special: veal tartare with horseradish foam, pickled shallot, and toasted country bread, served with a beer tasting trio

Festival special: roast wild boar with plum red cabbage and a selection of dumplings
Tasting beer board with a selection of beers: Budvar Original, Budvar 33, Budvar Dark Lager – served with traditional snacks: spiced pork spread called "Šmitec", aspic, pork cracklings

Three-course menu with beer pairing: brewery cabbage soup with paprika sausage, potatoes and sour cream / smoked beef tongue with horseradish cream sauce and bread dumpling / apple strudel with vanilla sauce und whiped cream
