A gentle outdoor movement session accompanied by live music offers space for flow, relaxation and deeper awareness of the body. The class adapts to the rhythm of the group and respects the current needs of participants. Breathing exercises, relaxation and a touch of aromatherapy are all part of the experience – all in connection with atmospheric music that helps harmonize body and mind.
The session is led by Mirka Najbrtová, a physiotherapist and experienced movement guide, who draws on many years of practice – from dynamic Ashtanga to calmer therapeutic approaches. Her inspiration comes from experience in the USA, India and the Czech Republic. The live music is performed by Tonda Procházka, a percussionist and composer whose work spans from classical orchestras to minimalist and therapeutic sound exploration. Through his sensitive use of percussion, he creates a sonic environment that gently supports movement and presence.
Free entry.
The exercise with live music will take place as part of the accompanying programme of the 34th edition of Krumlov Festival in the Festival zone in the Monastery garden.
