The museum introduces the history and tradition of rafting and raft building in the Czech Republic. Among other things, the second largest raft model in the country can be seen. The church tower and Renaissance roof truss can also be visited.

Permanent exhibition on the life and work of Egon Schiele. Seasonal exhibitions: 110 works from all creative periods of the original and internationally recognized artist Jiří Kolář (1914-2002) on the occasion of his 110th birthday. Exhibition "The Song of the Earth" – large-format paintings by the artist and composer Vladimír Franz – and an accompanying photo exhibition "Vladimír Franz" by Ida Saudková.

The exhibition "Český Krumlov Through the Centuries" showcases the unique character of Český Krumlov as captured by painters over the past three centuries. The artworks are on loan from the Alšova South Bohemian Gallery, the Český Krumlov Development Fund, and private collections. Also included are paintings by participants of the 1st International Art Workshop (11 artists from 5 European countries) held in Český Krumlov.
