Katta: Natural Temple | Festival Krumlov

Organist Katta in a project inspired by Pärt, Bach, and her own work

The natural temple in Kuklov, a place with a unique genius loci, will be transformed into a musical sanctuary. It will host an exceptional project by composer and barefoot organist Katta. In her original concept, the organ master will combine the spiritual minimalist music of Estonian composer Arvo Pärt and the Baroque legacy of German composer Johann Sebastian Bach with her own original compositions. The organ will sound like a magical instrument that will revive the space of the church and its history. Impressive lighting design will add a new dimension to the concert and transform the church into the most breathtaking open-air festival hall.
